Already built for Jahedul Fitness

I spent the last 72 hours building a way for Jahedul Fitness to make an extra £50k per month from the audience you already have, without adding to your week.

Before the deliverables

Five things I noticed
before I built anything.

01

The problem

There's no real way to buy from you. Everything runs through your DMs.

252,000 people follow you, but there's no ascension funnel behind the page. The e-book is sold by DM with no landing page showing what's actually inside it, there are no story sequences selling it, and nobody follows up with the people who buy. So every sale depends on you replying to a message, and nobody who buys gets moved up to anything bigger.

  • E-books and training plans, by DM£35
  • Jahedul Fitness on Skool$12/mo
  • 1-1 personal training, by DMyour hours
  • Landing page, story sequences, follow-upnothing here
  • Coaching, sold on a callnothing here

No page shows what's in the e-book.

02

Why the community is the wrong front door

A low-ticket community has to be sold again every single month.

At $12 a month you can't give any one person real attention, and people who pay that little aren't that serious. So fewer of them get results, more of them cancel, and you end up working harder to stand still. A one-off low-ticket product gets people in the door instead, and the community becomes the free place where buyers get nurtured towards coaching.

  • Every monthyou have to re-sell the same people to keep the revenue
  • 1 of 142nobody gets real attention, so fewer people get results
  • Low stakescheap to join means easy to quit, and churn eats the growth

Someone already doing it in fitness

Elastaboy runs this exact ladder, and a $29 programme feeds his whole coaching team.

Jake Blundell has 2 million followers. He sells Mobility Basics for $29 on a landing page that spells out every single thing you get, and every buyer gets a free call with his team, which is where the coaching gets sold. When I checked the Meta Ad Library he had around 250 ads live, all pointing at the $29 page. I've copied that structure step for step, rebuilt round calisthenics and your voice.

The maths

Every £29 buyer gets a call. A few of them want a coach.

Someone who buys a £29 plan has already shown they'll pay you. Your sales team calls every buyer for a free implementation call, setters DM the ones who don't pick up, and the serious ones join the Brotherhood or take a 1:1 coach. The £29 roughly pays for the ads that found them.

600 / mo£29 buyers from ads and your page, an assumption we'll check on the call
156 calls40% book or get booked by the team, 65% of those show up
£50k / mo£17.4k front end, 15 join the Brotherhood at £749, 6 take 1:1 at £3,500

The objection you're already forming

"That sounds like a lot more work." Most of it isn't yours.

Stage 1 gets filmed once and the ads sell it every day. Your sales team takes the implementation calls, setters handle the DMs, and specialist coaches cover weighted work and diet. You run one or two group calls a week for the Brotherhood, which is what you already do on the gym floor. Once that's running smoothly, we add a webinar on top.

  • 1 to 2 callsBrotherhood group calls a week, led by you
  • Film onceStage 1 recorded once, sold every day by the ads
  • 0sales calls or DMs handled by you. Your team does both.

So instead of explaining it, I built it. The offer ladder, the webinar, the landing page, the scripts, the ads and the emails, all below.

Book a call

A 20-minute discovery call. No plan and no price on it, just whether this model is real for Jahedul Fitness. If the answer's yes, the plan comes on the second call.
